Hi there. Unfortunately you can't obtain Sucker Punch together with Leaf Blade on PRO. You can obtain Leaf Blade through Nuzleaf. Therefore, you are unable to have both moves on your pokemon. You can actually teach your Shiftry Sucker Punch through a Move Tutor. The move tutor can be found in Haunted Site for $20,000 although you need 5,000 excavation points. It's not banned to have Leaf Blade and Sucker Punch on the same pokemon. Sorry for the confusion.
