Hello, i want teach the tm outrage at my aggron

I dont know where the tm tutor is here

And i know i can learn it with a quest toothless in hoenn in abandoned ship

but i win vs the boss toothless but after this i cant learn the tm because i dont see the tm

I'm really sorry about this inconvenience. Can you take a screenshot of you speaking with Toothless? He should list an option to teach your Pokemon Outrage. The screenshot will confirm that there is a bug at this tutor.
