Hi there. I've already stated in my previous replies that it is not certain what will be given out during the Halloween Quest. You'll have to wait until it gets closer to the event to know more about it. However, Masterballs can be obtained through 10 PvP Coins from a PvP Master. They aren't too difficult to get. As for Legendaries, there is no ETA as to when they will be released or what will be released next.
