Hi there. You’re gonna need to level up your Piloswine whilst knowing Ancient Power. If it still doesn’t evolve after the level up, please battle a wild Pokémon.

I already did it, when it arrived at level 95, I had 5 rc I used 1 and it at level 96 evolves to piloswine, I went in the move relearn in cerulean and I taught ancient power, I used rc and it did not, I restart the game because I thought it was some bug here I used another rc and it does not evolve now it is at level 99 what I need your help

Lvl up by doing wild battles RC won't work I guess

Hi there. As mentioned, you'll just have to go into a wild battle after using the rare candy on your pokemon. If ever it doesn't work, we can always delevel your pokemon for you.
