Name missing from guild's roaster though he is still in the guild [SOLVED]

Hey there I am an officer in Silver Server guild TeamPremium the thing is that one of members recently had a name change from Gitagoswami to WindgodRishav but somehow when he logged in his name was missing from the guild's roster instead of the new one old one was there (at that time it showed that he was offline but he wasn't) so i thought of kicking the old one and re-invite him but when i tried re-inviting him it said he was already in a guild i checked our memberlist with Reborn and he was still there and he has the logo over his head too but somehow his name is missing from roster in game.........idk whats going on and we did tried closing the client and relogging but nothing worked so pls try to fix this issue.

Hello there! That issue is simply a visual glitch and will be fixed after the next time sever is down, restarted or crashes. Please be patient for when this happens. Your member should still be able to play as he normally would and have access to the commands he should have.
