    Hi there. There isn't really a guide for all hidden items. However, there is indeed an Item Guide, which tells you where you can find each item and if they are implemented in the game or not. Usually, you can find items which you get from hidden loot from other areas, which will be discussed in said guide. Although, we have guides for most areas and usually, hidden items are identified in these guides. If you let me know which area you'd like to know more about, I can provide you with information that may be useful to you.
