My eevee was 33 level and i leveled it on love island diamon domain cave which is in love island and because its day time + max happiness condition, it tried to evolve into espeon, and then when i declined it, game did not ask to me if i want my eevee to evolve into sylveon. Is it a bug? Because at this thread its clearly asserted that fairy move + level 2 affection are not required in this game. Please try to level up your Eevee outside and not inside Diamond Domain. All you have to do is to level it up on Love Island.
