Zxtykiraytxz Posted September 3, 2018 Share Posted September 3, 2018 I've tried to download and install the new update and I can download it fine without any problems but whenever I try to install it it'll load for a few moments then say "App not installed" without any further details?? Hello ZXTYkiraYTXZ, I'm sorry about this inconvenience. Please completely uninstall the previous app and completely delete it. Then try to install the app again. This is likely the issue if you had the app downloaded before. Let me know if this information solves your problem. I hope you have a great day.
