I've tried to download and install the new update and I can download it fine without any problems but whenever I try to install it it'll load for a few moments then say "App not installed" without any further details??

I'm sorry about this inconvenience. Please completely uninstall the previous app and completely delete it. Then try to install the app again. This is likely the issue if you had the app downloaded before.
