Reroll and Nature Reroll tickets are tradeable. You can purchase them from PVP and PVE coin masters. PVP Coin Masters are located in Vermilion City, Mauville City, Olivine City, and Canalave City. The PVE Coin Master is located in Battle Tower Entrance. You can also earn a Reroll ticket from the Pewter City Museum Quest. The guide for this quest is here.
