Hi there. Are you sure you have not defeated Symphonia yet? Upon checking, it seems as if you might have already beaten her. Could you try to battle Indragiri in Ilex Forest in Johto? Please be sure to take an Illumise. If you need any further help, please check out the Sinnoh Walkthrough.

 

If you still can't proceed with the Sinnoh Quest, please let me know.
