I'm sorry about this. Unfortunately, it is not possible to launch PRO on the PS Vita. There are also no plans to add a client for this platform. The game can be played on Android devices. This download as well as others can be found here.

Does the PS Vita have an emulation that could be usable for it to work as an "Android"? Thought maybe it had a way to download emulators like a computer. I only had the psp so I don't know what upgrades there are on the Vita. But this seems like a possibility. It's pretty simply to put on a phone though, for what it worth. Just a lot of glitches to work past still.
