Merge Bug [Solved]

Hello! So, I merged my account red/blue and it restarted my game (which is what I wanted) but my pokes transferred to my party from I guess the mainly used account and now I can’t choose a starter for the new game because for some reason in start map I had a full party? I just wanted the whole account to be restarted so I chose the account that was unused.

Mostly because I already forgot what I was doing, same with my gold account.. :(

Sorry for the inconvenience that was caused. Unfortunately I have to tell you that account resets are not given unless the topic to request one is open, but it was closed again very recently. If it is decided to be opened again, make sure to check the Announcement section on the forums or #announcements on the Official PRO Discord. Even though we are not able to reset your account, you may create a new account, with a different name, though. As the Game rules state, you may have up to four accounts.

Well, my biggest issue isn’t the reset it’s more that when I merged my account I made it so my new silver account would be brand new by choosing my blue server acc. (which was unused) Which caused the account to start from the begginning (which is what I wanted) but because of that, the pokemon from red moved to this account for some reason and filled up my party with pokemon making me unable to choose a starter because I somehow got a full party.

So, is there a way to remove these pokemon all together because I shouldn’t have any pokemon in this account in general! Sorry this was so long I don’t know how else to explain it haha

 

PS: I even had the full party when I was on Start Map which I thought was weird but I figured I could still at least get a starter pokemon so I just ignored it :(

Is there anyway to clear my seen data/PC? I think that maybe why I can't choose a starter, otherwise I have no clue

Are you alright with having your account completely reset? The only thing you will keep is your playtime. Let me know if you're interested in this.
