Hello jaceking1, I'm sorry about this inconvenience. Did you fight Jackson and lose? If so, you will need to go back to Pallet Town and speak with his mother. She can be found in the house next to yours. After speaking with her, you will be able to proceed in the story. You can use this guide to help you complete Kanto. After you chose your starter, did you return home and speak with your mother? After this, did you interact with the Eevee outside? It has an orange name.
