I m a new traîner, my pseudo is Guimious.

 

I ve just start that game 4 days ago , it s awesome. Thanks a lot for creators.

 

I made an exchange with this Guy i sent my haunter level 86 and ask him or Her To give me back. So i could have my gengar.

He or she said yes of course and after that he erases me from his /her friend list and never answer. The trainer was still in green.

How can i do To report this and solve it please ?

Hi! Did you perhaps get any evidence of your conversations with this user? You can report stolen Pokemon in the Reports section of the forums, but staff will want proof of the trade agreements. Screen shots detailing the trade agreements with the user will be required for successful retrieval and or punishment if the staff member deems necessary.

I wouldn't suggest adding your evidences here as reports are supposed to be kept private.

All i have is a pseudo because the trainer add me as a friend and 30 seconds after, he erase me.

I have one of his pokemon too with the OT.

I'm extremely sorry that this had happened to you. I know this is frustrating, but these types of reports generally require evidence. The trade history alone is not adequate in most cases. This is because it needs to be proven that it was agreed you would receive the Pokemon back. Nevertheless, if you wish to report anyways, you can do so here. For information on how to report, you can review this guide.
