I want to add that i already rescued torkoal but the mega steelix never spawned

Update: I rescued torkoal but Steelix was bugged, it never showed up during the rescue and he was waiting there when i went.

Hi there. Are you still having issues with the quest? If so, please let me know if you have any further questions. Beating the Mega-Steelix should allow you to talk to Steven. He'll let you know where to battle him.
