My mount is gone [SOLVED]

Featured Replies

rip1.thumb.PNG.405e27aee3e48bb4a83e1837c4dc4da5.PNGSo to be simple, I traded 65k for a wailord mount but just after the trade the servers disconnected and I now find myself poor and without a mount.

I still have the icon in my 3 slot but can't use it. Hope you can fix that :/ because even if I don't really like that much Wailord, It's my only surf mount so I'll be mad if don't get one back xD.

Btw first time I use te forums and topics so sorry if my screenshot doesn't appear well or right.

Kind Regards.

Hello 7Romain7,

I'm happy to hear that this is not a problem for you. The mount was attached to a Pokemon when traded. Rollback from the server crash may have resulted in some data not being saved--including when you took the mount from the Pokemon.

Secondly, your image did appear. If you ever run into issues in the future, though, you can use this guide for information about uploading images.

Once again, I'm happy to hear you are not experiencing any issues. Since my assistance is not needed, I am going to close this thread. I hope you have a great day!
