Game just quits unexpectedly

Whenever I open the app, the game first goes to full screen and starts loading. It starts with "Loading PRO Engine" and successfully loads that part. Then the game tries to load "Loading Item Pretties!" but that's where things get hazy. My icon turns into the rainbow wheel of doom and then the game crashes, leaving me with a message saying "Pokemon Revolution quit unexpectedly."

Why is this happening and how can it be fixed?

 

Also, I have a Mac and I meet the requirements to play.

Hi there. First of all. Can you delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the game? Afterwards, run the program as an Administrator. You can do this by right-clicking on the Icon and selecting "Open". Now, if that doesn't fix your issues, you may wanna check your memory usage. Close all the applications that you are not using in this point in time and restart your computer.

I deleted my PRO game and reinstalled it and ran it as an administrator and got the same result as before. After that, I restarted my laptop and tried the same thing again and the result still happened. Clearly these options did not work for me. :(
