After defeating Johto's E4 Lance I went to celebrate with a friend on discord. Minutes later I got back to the game and was at login screen, possibly disconected for inactivity which is completly normal. However, when I got back to the game it says I didnt defeat him. (?)

 

I've spent time, pokedollars, and effort to achieve the victory, please could you take a look at this matter?

No, it didn't. it was a window of 8-10 minutes. I got DCed for innactivity, when I came back all my pokes were defeated as you can see due to the battle that just happened and Lance wanted to battle me again.
