Baton pass tutor for smeargle

There is no way to sketch baton pass so i suggest to fix it somehow or simply add a tutor for this move.

 

-when some mon pass to the other sketch fails

-no way to use baton pass when there is no other pokemon in party

-fails if used in wild battle

-fails both with lagging tail or not

 

 

BTW: baton pass somehow figure as an attacking move and is not supported by prankster ability, which should give it priority
