I do not know if I'm the only one that this happens, but when I try to connect to the game, login screen freezes and does not connect me. So I can not get my current game and it's embarrassing. :confused:

 

What to do ? Reinstalling the game does not work..

Thanks for the reply, but it actually does it every time, even if the server is not full.. Does the login's screen always do that ? :Frown:

The same thing happens for me (I am a new user, Happy new year all!)

 

I was trying to connect before and the server was 1750 / 1800

 

Unless there was a delay in showing the server population and it was full, that may of been why I get the same error?

 

But I haven't been able to connect for the past hour or so (I know the server is full now)

Happy New Year too ! I managed to connect yesterday while the server was 1799/1800 and it was OK ! I had no problems until now.. At least I am not alone, this makes me feel better, even if I share out your sadness :Nervous:

Hopefully I will get to play soon!

 

I don't know if another issue I have is also related to the servers being full. As most of the time I get a message saying "Couldn't connect to server" and then I can click login to try again.

 

And other times it says "Logging in" and then nothing else happens, And i have to exit the client before I can try to reconnect

check you spam and junk folders also it could take like 10mins it may not be instant

Had the same problem, however correct themselves alone after a few minutes.

Well, the only way to log in seems to be waiting for it ahah

Try to download the client again, close and open again to see if you can login.
