I'm making Devilrain come here to comment and ensure i was the guild leader, and this is an old screen just in case!

Hi there. To promote Veeeenset to Officer, please try the following.

1. Be removed from the guild as leader

2. Have a trustworthy member, as well as the agreement logged, promoted to guild leader.

3. Have them kick you then reinvite you.

4. They then will need to promote you from initiate to leader.

 

Afterwards, have the other player give Leader back to you, devilrain, you will then be able to promote Veeeenset to Officer and above. Let me know if this works for you.
