Hello,

abbility "unburden" doubles the Pokemon's speed when held item is lost. And my question is: is held item is for example berry or something different what could be used by Pokemon with this ability for activation of Unburden? Or, for activate that abillity, opponent has to "enforce" losing item by Pokemon with Unburden, for example by using Thief? Hope you know what I mean ^^

Hi there. As quoted, Unburden boosts the Speed stat if the Pokémon's held item is used or lost. This means that if you use a berry, the item is used and therefore activates the ability.
