I have previously made a post about this, but there might have been a missunderstanding. My cleffa never tried to learn the move Moonblast, and it doesn't exist on move relearners list, nor the egg tutor's list. I've heard of this bug before, and those people referred me to this support site. What can I do to fix it? :/

Hello there!

 

Moonblast is a move only Clefairy can learn, so you will have to go to the Pre Evo Move Tutor.

PRO Move Tutor ‒formerly known as Pre Evo Move Tutor‒ are located in Daycares as well; each move will cost 10 000$!

 

In most Daycares, you will have to walk through the door behind the Eggmove Tutor and Doctor Quest NPC to get to the Tutor:

• Route 5 (Kanto)
  
• Route 34 (Johto)
  
• Route 117 (Hoenn)
  
• Solaceon Town (Sinnoh)
  
• Four Island (Sevii Islands ‒ there is no PRO Move Tutor there, nor eggmove, just Doctor quests)
