Can't see MINIBOSS even after completing and defeating it in story (Kyogre) [SOLVED]

Hello,

i can´s see the Miniboss Kyogre, and he is not on cooldown. but i CAN see Mewtwo, Ho-Oh and Lugia, Rayquaza, Groudon already defeated them.

i have done the full Story from Kanto,Johto,Hoenn,Sinnoh and defeated Groudon and Kyogre in the Story.

 

Pls can you fix this for me?

i have last checked at 11 AM today, and kyogre was not here.

well, i have checked it now, and he really was there, i dont know why, but he was there.
