I wanna be efficient and lvl up fast. I figured Victory Road 2F is good but is it the best/fastest?

I'd also bet for Seafoam Basement Floor 4 which is less tedious because there are no Sturdy pokemon :Nervous:. They're just 2 or 3 lower levels so it's almost the same and faster to kill :Smile:

I think Seafoam Basement Floor 4 is useful if the pokemon you have to train in super effective against water-type pokemon, otherwise i suggest you , as you already said, Victory Road 2F, because the difference of level is important on a long-time training.
