What have you done before the problem was there?

So my gastly leveled up from 24 to 33, by killing a low hp pokemon in silph.co with sucker punch.

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

relogging was the only thing possible to do.

(continuing my first sentence) and then he said he wanted to learn pay day(or wtv the name is) and dream eater, but no shadow bolt, I was fine, I teaach him dream eater, I check his skills and he had shadow bolt, until there all fine because I wnated shadow bolt and not dream eater.
