So my gastly leveled up from 24 to 33, by killing a low hp pokemon in silph.co with sucker punch. What have you already tried to solve the problem? relogging was the only thing possible to do. Description and Message (continuing my first sentence) and then he said he wanted to learn pay day(or wtv the name is) and dream eater, but no shadow bolt, I was fine, I teaach him dream eater, I check his skills and he had shadow bolt, until there all fine because I wnated shadow bolt and not dream eater. Then I went to the Surge gym to buy myself a TM thunderbolt for the gastly, I teach him TWICE the TM,(6k down the drain), and he didn't learn once, instead he learnt dream eater. https://gyazo.com/28e40542be964d080e9f7690cc2623a7 this screenshoot proves it.

they don't need a new server, they need to add slots. Which they did 2 days ago if I'm not wrong, but +100 slots isn't cutting it.
