Improvement of map

Hello sir, today I am reporting for a very important part of PRO. If my report take action, it's can change the population of PRO heavily.

It's can be little big,but please read it carefully, sorry if there are writing mistakes.

 

See the map of PRO, it's very poor.

Just showing the lines of roads and square marks for citys.

And there is no tutorial for PRO. That's way it's being very hard to understand the quest. Maximum times peoples use YouTube for it.

Or I can say ever time.

There are my of many town friends and also PRO world friends who left this game because of the next objects are very hard to get,that they can't get what they need to do next.

There is a simple and easy way to solve this problem.

If the map of PRO update,

Main updates are=

1. Show all of the icons of each next quests in map with correct location.

Example, I done my 2nd gym badge by beating Misty. Now I have to complete SS Anne HM cut quest. So there will be a icon over SS Anne correct location. Then icon on gym.

2. There probably should be several icon on map for several Quest/gym/boss/Target.

Example, I have suddenly complete the requirements to face the boss professor Oak. Also I have to go to face jhoto E4. Also my bug catching contest is ready.

So now there will be showing icon/logo on map for Oak boss/Jhoto E4/Bug catching.

3. There most be show the views of city in map perfectly with writing names on map of correct places. I mean there most be views of city with correct corner lines city by city,routes, buildings,shops,gyms,poke-center.

Following those 3 updates peoples can get what they need to do next easily. And if they not, watching there next objects on map will attract to complete their next objects and find a way.

Extra, I am giving a photo for a example of map.

You can see,there is views of city, buildings,roads with correct icons of objects.

It's half,no more this time,

A ) I don't understand how the map isn't good enough for you, it's really easy to understand.

 

B ) Pokemon is supposed to be kind of a "puzzle" game. You have to find things, solve things, and pay attention to what the NPCs say. If you whine about this, then pokémon games are not for you.

 

C ) "Next objects"? Like beating a gym? I think you friends lack the brain/desire to make a strategy.

 

 

Answers to your points

 

1. If you read what NPCs said, you wouldn't be asking for this points, it's simply stupid.

 

2. There's already a boss cooldown checker, Johto elite four can only be beaten once, and maybe a way to check how much time til next bug catching contest will be available would be good, but NOT on the map. You're confusing this game with games likethe GTA series, series which I'm VERY familiarized with, but no, they're completely different games.

 

3. Unecessary, cities aren't big enough as to need this, biggest cities have like 4 important buildings, and you won't die if you waste some minutes exploring them.

 

In conclusion, you are confusing this game with a type of game that it isn't.

At least the name of route on the map. It will be a minimum. It is always good to have an idea and a reference on the world new players will evolve

The name of the route is on the map, you just have to hover over it. That is an android problem that I suggested that could be solved by pressing continuously the place you want to know the name of.

After a very long time,

Accept my apology for replaying very late

 

In those days i was traped in several problems in my real world, i lost my phone, recover my computer and started PRO on it anyway i don't want to talk about those.

 

Well i was just wanted to make the game easy to understand because just take a look on the members of PRO world, they use Youtube for completing gyms,quests etc or ask any friends for help or ask on discord, using guides they complete quest.

BTW i don't have any problem for completing quests, I done all regions, I report on this thread for making this game easy to the new members, that the new members would not leave PRO world because of its story objects, so its will help to increase the population of PRO World. BTW i was also going to leave PRO while doing SS Anne 3rd gym's quest, But some of my PRO world's friend help me and suggest to watch a tutorial VIdeo from Utube.i done same, now i am a regular member of PRO.

 

At the former post, yes i showed maps of GTA games, but i showed that just for examples that what type of map i was talking about not comparing with GTA games. Well if this change turn PRO world a pokemon game into a GTA games so i am sorry for that, but i don't think so just upgrading the map heavily can make its like GTA games. I SHOWED THAT MAP BECAUSE ITS A VERY UPDATED AND MADE EASY TO UNDERSTANDS OBJECTS,QUEST,LOCATIONS ETC,also there are many other games without GTA use that kind of map. I think there is no problem by improveing something that make the game easy and better by a little change. even the present map, peoples use many kind of guides for completing quests.

well i know that, by hearing what the NPCs says carefully i can get my next objects but everone can't do that. Yeah pokemon is a puzzle game but everone (more than 80%+ peoples) use guides for completing puzzles so there would be not probs if the map can help us to get the puzzles locations.

and i know that kanto,jhoto,hoenn,sinnoh all elite4 can be beaten 1time. i just said to give an icon when the next object is E4 (like after getting the 8th badge of kanto there is no quest for unlocking e4 so my next object is e4, so there wil be an icon of e4 on the map with correct location,now just think peoples specially the new peoples will easily get theirs next objects by this way and if there are quest left so there will be icon of the quest on correct location, thats it)

Well yeah right that there are boss cooldown time checker, i just said to give icon of available active boss for making more easy for the new peoples. And about bug catching contest its same, i just gave examples xD. to understand what type of update/what type of map i am talking about because there many things can obtain icons. Boss and BCC is an examples. And please sir don't take my reports by bad imagination i just asking and requesting for updates as there is saying i am free to report :)

 

Well all those days before reporting i was playing on android mobile, thats way i don't know there is name of the citys,routes on it. after losing phone i started pro on PC and saw i can see the name of citys,routes. After watching the map of PC version, i understand the map is good and easy to understand to. Also you are right that the citys is not big enough for making them like high advance maps. So i am sry about it,but the icons, object by objects still can be give and its will be useful and made easy the quests to.

(As there is saying i am free to report , thats way i am asking and requesting just for some impreovments) and if i can be bannd for those reporting i will stop all of those directly, because i really don't want to lose my PRO world.

Yet it's okay if the advance map i was talking about, can't be added. So no problem i am leaving this subject from here. and if it's possible so I will love to run this subjects and explain betterly that what update/map/objects i am talking about.
