Hi there. Please make sure you've done all of the following:

1. Talk to the doctor in the kitchen and offerto help the captain.

2. Take the Pecha Berry from one of the bins in the kitchen and then give it to Jenson. (Second floor and enter the room on the far right)

3. Find Blissey on the left hand side of the Ballroom.

4. Take the potion from Blissey and then give it to the Captain to consume. (second floor, end of the hallway)
