Hi there. Unfortunately, there isn't a way for Shedinja to learn Swords Dance in PRO as it can only be learned by Ninjask through evolution in older versions. Currently, Ninjask has to be leveled in order for him to learn this move as he doesn't learn it through evolution in PRO, like in Generation 7. Therefore unfortunately, like the newer generations, you are unable to teach Swords Dance to your Shedinja.
