Hi there. Are you talking about the Eevee from the Celadon quest or is this an Eevee that your friend owns? If it's an eevee he had in his party, could you please tell me his username so I can see if he accidentally deleted it? As for the Celadon Quest, you have to check each receptor for the Eevee, if it is not in the two in Giovanni’s room, there is a receptor on the other side of B4F and two on B3F.
