Hi there. Unfortunately, we do not offer de-evolution services. However, if there is a move you would like to teach Clefable that only Clefairy knows, you could go to the Pre-Evo move tutor behind every daycare center. The daycare centers are located in the following areas and can be accessed after the Egg Moves Quest is completed.

Route 5, Kanto

Route 34, Johto

Route 117, Hoenn

Solaceon Town, Sinnoh

Four Island, Sevii Islands
