Hey, I'm having an issue that may require help from the higher ups.

 

I was in Route 11 and went to the loading zone to Vermilion City but it didn't start loading the next area, so I sat in the loading zone for a bit. After about a minute I decided to try for the Route 12 exit instead, when I got to the loading zone for there it loaded instantly, but it sent me to Vermilion City. Though my character model is nowhere on screen & it seems that I cannot move or interact with my surroundings. Menus, chat and interacting on players still works fine. I tried logging out & restarting game and other recommendations in the FAQ, they didn't help.

Hi there. Please make sure you've tried all of the following if you're stuck. Although I see you've edited your title. Is the issue now fixed? Please do let me know so I can assist you further.

▪︎ Try Alt+Tab

▪︎ Use an Escape Rope

▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter

▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar

▪︎ Log out, and then back in

▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again
