What have you done before the problem was there?

i want to change my character name

but i try to register the new account, I can't receive the activation e-mail with the same e-mail

I have check the rules

that are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address.

If you have just just joined us you can try , to see if it was not a simple error of your e-mail

Try to use gmail as email provider. We got experience that it should work. You also can create a new account with this email, it's not against the rule than, since you're allowed to have 2 accounts per email.
