Unfortunately, this isn't an option currently; it is only an option during some specific periods, there have been a couple occurrences so far, and it might re-open in the future: once in April, and once in September.

 

Keep an eye out for announcements and/or on PRO Discord server to be notified when it would open again. You can find the requirements for being able to rename during these periods on this thread.

• Minimum 150h
  
• 300k Pokedollars payment
  
• Registered more than 3 months ago
  
• Clean infraction history (small PvP infractions may not count) - Includes ALL PRO scope chats
  
• You may purchase this for a friend in case s/he hasn't done any infraction, and just 1 change per 6 months
  
• Have to choose FREE NAMES (as in, not already taken) in case of a name change

 

 

There is no estimated time when it would be possible again.

In the meantime, you are allowed to own up to 4 accounts as the Rules state, so if you really want another name, you may start over on a new account if you can.
