I have 5 keys from the pokeballs and hidden locations, the last one is the wingull, i didnt know at the time but i caught it for idk what reason tbh, anyways it didnt drop a key and now i cannot complete the quest.

I am sorry for the inconvenience that was caused. It seems like you have not secured the key in Abandoned Ship 1F Room 1 yet. You can find the exact location in the Abandoned Ship quest guide.
