My milotic got paralyzied by thunder wave and when i switch it in again, it become poisoned by toxic spike, i thought 1 poke cant get 2 status

Did this happen during a PVP battle or NPC battle?

If you were having a NPC battle, you might have switched Milotic out and used cherri berry or paralyze heal on your Milotic? Do you recall doing that?

pvp battle ^^ my milo hold leftover , his tentacruel throw toxic spike and switch blissey in to thunder wave my milotic, then i switch milotic out, after 1-2 turn i switch milotic in again, i thought it was par and cant get poison by toxic spike but the status changed from par -> poisoned XD

They didnt stack, it changed completely.
