Thats not the issue right now. They will PROBABLY use challonge. The main issue is fixing the bugs that negatively affect the battle system.

Is the "prize" designed/created yet tho? So you respond to the thread I made, yet this question is ignored o.o

Once the tournament is over, some players (including myself) would probably dont mind sharing their battles so you might get to see them afterwards, as players would not want their teams revealed at the moment.

nice idea.. but i have a question, how does ranked pvp ladder works? it will reset every month and back to 0 rating 0 win 0 lose again? Yes, it is supposed to reset every month and go back to 0 rating/0 win/0 lose.

Good stats doesnt matter if the nature doesn't match the pokemon. Acerage PVP-ready stats would be everything above 20 + (except one that the Pokemon does not need. For example, you can have an Adamant (+atk, -spatk) Machamp, with everything 20+ except the SPATK, because Machamp is more of a physical attacker rather than special attacker.
