Every time I log in and open my account the game stays on the black screen loading loading map and it does not work. Restart the game, turn off the PC and it still does not work, help please

Hi there. Could you first try to delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the client? If you're still stuck at the loading screen, please try the following.

-On the login screen, use F2 key and type clearmaps, hit Enter then restart your game's client.

-Check your internet connection

-Wait on the loading screen for a while

-Log into the other server then your own
