Hello there, i won the Bug catching Competition and after leaving the entrance Hall i got a disconnect. After log in i fond myself back in the Bug Contest Entrance Hall with my prize money, pve coins and rare canties are gone and my catched pkm (Heracross) which is still in my inventar does not count anymore in this contest so i not even can leave this area.

Hello there! I’m sorry to hear about your situation. I regret to inform you about this, but we cannot refund your bug catching cooldown because it would be unfair to the other players who have accepted their losses due to crashing (regardless of our end or theirs) if we restore your pokemon and not their pokemon/money/cooldowns. Please also take the time to read the thread linked below, for future reference.

Lost by crash issues (Including disconnections and rollbacks)

 

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

 

For scheduled maintainance, you may check the Official PRO Discord for updates when the server will be going down. Announcements are usually released there, saying that the server will be going down in x amount of time, to minimize your losses. As for unannounced server crashes on our end, unfortunately, they can be unpredictable at times therefore we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Nevertheless, in cases of long downtimes and numerous crashes due from our end, we may sometimes issue compensation to our players.

 

I know it can be frustrating as cooldowns may be rather long, but I really hope you understand why we cannot fulfill your request. With that said, will be locking this thread because as of now, nothing further can be done regarding it.
