Hi there. It seems as if you are in the middle of the Johto story. Your Kanto pokemon, which are the pokemon in your screenshot, will remain locked in your PC until you finish the 8th gym in Johto. This is to allow you to be able to fully experience the Johto story.

    Hola. Parece como si estuvieras en medio de la historia de Johto. Tu pokemon Kanto, que es el pokemon en tu captura de pantalla, permanecerá bloqueado en tu PC hasta que termines el octavo gimnasio en Johto. Esto es para permitirte experimentar completamente la historia de Johto.
