Hi there. Have you tried resending it with another browser like Firefox? This usually fixes the issue. Incognito mode could work too. Nevertheless, if it still doesn't work for you, you may try to register with another email.

I will not conctater if I did not try all this already, I already try with 4 different email and the result and the same each time, no registration email
