From what you wrote, seems like you crashed during the battle. However, I would like to inform you that, in order to proceed in the Mew Quest, you just need to take the Seen Data of the three Legendary Birds (Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres). The seen data is obtained by either winning or losing against the Legendary Birds. If you crash or disconnect during a battle, it will count it as a defeat and will teleport you to the last visited Pokecenter, but you should still obtain the seen data. If you want to check it by yourself, you can see the seen data of a Pokemon in your Pokedex, by typing the name of the Pokemon or looking for his Pokedex number. If the pokemon's image is a black shape, that means you have not yet the seen data. Instead, if the pokemon is normally colored, the seen data has been obtained. I've gone through the database and checked to see if you had the seen data for Moltres, of which you already had. Therefore, there's nothing to worry about and you should be able to complete the Mew quest as normal. As stated above, you get seen data from a win or a loss and usually this is all you need. Nevertheless, if you're still crashing, can you please try all of the following? Also, it's good to note that we're always trying to improve server stability, but it isn't perfect and may still result to a crash. • Run the game in compatibility mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Update your Windows Version • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager Let me know if you need anything else. 1 ♡ General Support ♡ PRO Reporting ♡ Punishment Policy ♡ Discipline Appeals ♡ Please do not contact staff members for private support. You do infact have the Moltres seen data. It should now be colored in your pokedex. Can you check that for me? If not, please attach a screenshot. This is for the account Khanglop6a4 on Silver.
