Hi, havent playd this game in months, and i completely forgot about that i shouldn evolve my pokemon yet.. Is there a way i can de-evolve my typlosion to Cyndaquil ? i would really appreciete it !

Hi there. Unfortunately, we do not offer de-evolving services due to technical restraints and other complications. As quoted from the Evolution and Deleveling Megathread,

Make a Pokemon back to a previous state

It's impossible and we do not offer this kind of support. However we can now "delevel" your Pokemon if needed.

We are only able to delevel pokemon, and they need to be with a valid reason. Nevertheless, for future reference, you can check out our PRO General Information for information on the Mechanics of PRO. You can also get a Houndour in Johto at Route 36 too, if you'd like an alternative fire pokemon.
