Hi there. Unfortunately, you can't exchange your dog any longer if you've already caught it. During the quest, you had the chance to swap for another bell once by talking to Assistant Davis at the Bell Tower Barrier Station 1F. For further information on the Legendary Dog Quest, please check out our Legendary Megathread. To answer your second question, not much is known about the Mysterious Island yet. The Mysterious Ticket is an item for future content of PRO which brings you to the Island. Currently, there isn't much known about it other than the teaser posted on our Official PRO Discord in the past. I can't give you an ETA when the use Mysterious Ticket will be released, but you can keep an eye out in our Update Logs or #announcements in our Discord for when it's added. Stay tuned until then!
