All start with a frozen loading screen in the sinnoh enterna forest, the first time it was only matter of restart the game, but the second time when i do that, the game doesnt load the map at all, stilling frozen. after waiting like 10 minutes i close and try to login in the gold server, and no problem i can loggin normally, then i check in the dashboard and notice a weir thing, the hour of my last loggin in gold was like my actual hour , the sirlver was 15 minutes ahead that hour, so i wait until today, thinking it was s bug, but today i cant loggin in any of the servers at all, i mean in the username screen say cannot conect to the server. i thank you guys for hour help.

Hi there. The servers are currently down due to technical difficulties. We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. However, we are unable to give an ETA as to when the servers will be up once again. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash.

 

Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved.

 

As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread.
