What have you done before the problem was there?

Just download the game , i have launch this one the first time its work , i was playing and my character was lock for no reason , so i have quit and relaunch the game but under the login this sentence pop up : cannot login to the server , so i see on the up right of my screen 1100/1800 players so the servers is online , i dont know why i cannot login again :/

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

relaunch at admin try to login later but dont know what is the problem

this is what I think is the problem.

 

Server Status:

Offline

The sever status checker has a delay, so maybe even if you see the server is online, actually it is not.
