Prism Scale is normally 70k-100k, but occasionally, you'll see a player desperate enough to sell it for 40k-60k.

Please don't try to actively find those desperate people though, so that the price isn't getting "destroyed" because everyone looks for lower price.

 

Charcoal, along with Mystic Water & Miracle Seed, can be bought in Azalea PokeMart. I forgot the exact price though.
