make it some way you can obtain hundreds of them. I wouldn't like to receive one EQ for each region and only teach it to 6 pokemon when in reality 50 could go well with the TM. Since there isn't breeding, there is not a way to reproduce tms unless new players are bad enough to trade EQ.

Ok? Didn't know and someone else told me that it was that way. I'll play when it's released :)

To be fair, this isnt actually that obvious unless they read the NPC at the front before battling a gym leader.

 

I will however have to alter all the gym leaders scripts to make it slightly more noticeable.
