But Unaware Clefable with moonlight is banned too ???

Hi there.

You're not PvP banned but if your doubt is in regards to clefable: Only Unaware Clefable with Soft-Boiled, is banned from ranked play. This is due to the introduction of Hidden Abilities in Gen5 and those moves being removed from the respective Pokemon's movepool in Gen5.

Unaware Clefable with moonlight is still allowed.
